We at Elusive Cowgirl are dedicated to our customers and their needs. Please read the following guidelines for items which need to be exchanged. Following these guidelines will assist us in processing your exchange quicker.

Guidelines for Returns, Credits, and Exchanges :

All ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS.ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNLAUNDERED CONDITION

WE ONLY RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ELUSIVECOWGIRL.COM

The Return Authorization Form BELOW must be filled out for all refunds or exchanges.

***An Exchange or Refund can be made within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery***

All returned items are subjected to a restocking fee of 10% per item. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. New shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.

Anything after 30 calendar days from the date on the invoice will not be accepted for exchange/ credit/refund.

You may not exchange or receive a credit on items purchased on Websites other than www.elusivecowgirl.com

Refunds are given if the product is damaged due to a manufacture defect, or we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item.

All Refunds are issued by Company Check

If you would like Your Credit Card Charged Back there Will be a $15.00 Processing Fee. Unless the Refund is to be issued due to our Mistake.

We Offer the Best Rates On Clothing And Accessories. We are Able to do that by keeping our Costs down though our Credit Processing. That is why we issue all Refunds by Check.

Once This Form Is Submitted One Of Our Representatives Will Contact You With A Return Authorization Number.

Once You Receive Your Return Authorization Number

1. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, repackage your items in the original packaging and reference your Return Authorization Number on an enclosed copy of your invoice.

2. Ship the item(s) back within two (2) business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

3. Please insure your return package. We will not accept any packages sent C.O.D. Nor Refund You Shipping Charges (Unless the we sent you the wrong item)

Issuing Full Refund :

After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, a full refund will be issued with a company check within 14 calendar days based on the following:

1.A full refund may be requested up to seven (7) calendar days following the date of delivery of your items.

2.The Return Authorization form was filled out and you obtained an Authorization Number from one of our representatives.

3.The item was sent back within two (2) business days of receiving a Return Authorization Number.
