We at Elusive Cowgirl are dedicated to our customers and their needs. Please read the following guidelines for items which need to be exchanged or Returned. Following these guidelines will assist us in processing your exchange/return quicker.
All Sunglasses, Readers, Purses, All Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, and Spoole Belts & Buckles are Final Sale Items As Stated On The Product Pages Of Those Items.
Guidelines for Returns, Credits, and Exchanges : All ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS.ALL ITEMS RETURNED/EXCHANGED MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNLAUNDERED CONDITION WE ONLY RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ELUSIVECOWGIRL.COM The Return Authorization Form BELOW must be filled out for all refunds or exchanges.
***An Exchange or Refund can be made within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery***
***All returned items are subjected to a restocking fee of 10% per item***
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount (Handling fee's on orders over $150.00 Are not refundable).
If Items are returned on a invoice where FREE SHIPPING was applied the shipping charge (The Amount We Incurred) will be deducted from your refund amount
New shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.
Anything after 30 calendar days from the date on the invoice will not be accepted for exchange/ credit/refund.
All Refunds are issued by Company Check.
We Offer Great Rates On Clothing And Accessories. We are Able to do this by keeping our Costs down though our Credit Processing. That is why we issue all Refunds by Check.
Once The Below Form Is Submitted One Of Our Representatives Will Contact You Within 2-3 Business Days With A Return Authorization Number.
